PulsePages ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Brad Morris and is accessible at getpulsepages.com. We provide an AI-powered research tool that helps creators find high-demand PDF guide ideas to sell as digital products.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use PulsePages:

Email address — collected when you purchase access, used to send your access key and any important account communications.
Access key — a unique key generated for you upon purchase, used to verify your account.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
Usage data — the niches and topics you search for within the app, stored locally in your browser only. We do not collect or store this on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver your access key after purchase
Verify your identity when you log in
Send important account or service updates
Respond to your support requests

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating PulsePages.

5. Data Sharing

Stripe — to process payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Resend — to deliver your access key email. Only your email address is shared.
OpenAI — your search queries are sent to OpenAI's API to generate ideas. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models per their API terms.
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your access key and email are stored securely on our server hosted by Render. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

7. Cookies

PulsePages uses browser localStorage — not cookies — to keep you logged in between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or logging out.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of any non-essential communications

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using PulsePages ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PulsePages, operated by Brad Morris.

2. The Service

PulsePages is an AI-powered research tool that generates PDF guide ideas based on search demand patterns. The ideas generated are for informational and research purposes. We do not guarantee that any idea will result in sales, income, or business success.

3. Lifetime Access

Purchasing lifetime access grants you:

Unlimited use of PulsePages for as long as the service operates
Access to all current features included in your purchased tier
Access to the included launch course and any future updates to it

Lifetime access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your access key to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PulsePages only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Share your access key with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third party rights
Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service

5. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with PulsePages within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@getpulsepages.com for a full refund. After 14 days all sales are final.

6. AI-Generated Content

The ideas generated by PulsePages are produced by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of any generated content. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials that make up PulsePages are the intellectual property of Brad Morris and PulsePages. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Ideas generated by the Service using your inputs are yours to use as you see fit.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PulsePages is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained will meet your expectations. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePages and Brad Morris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your access.

10. Service Availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep PulsePages available. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. In the unlikely event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide at least 30 days notice and a prorated refund where applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of PulsePages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
